MULTI-FIBRE BLEND
16 different sources of food fibre from fruits, vegetables, grains and nuts.A Rich Source of Whole-Food Fibres for All Lifestyles
Dietary Fibre and Good Health Diets rich in fibre and low in fat are key factors in promoting well-being. While experts recommend that diets should contain 20 to 35 grams of dietary fibre per day, most diets provide less than half this amount. Getting More Fibre Good sources of dietary fibre include foods such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains. To help ensure a diet that is rich in nutrients and fibre, experts recommend a daily intake of between five and nine servings of fruits and vegetables. Diets Rich in Fibre It is strongly recommended that foods rich in fibre be included as part of an overall balanced diet. And, because not all dietary fibres have the same impact on our well-being, it is important to get a variety of fibre in the diet. Research shows that consumption of a diet high in fibre supports proper elimination and regularity and may reduce the risk of many debilitating conditions related to our modern, over refined diet. GNLD’s Multi-Fibre Blend to help you increase your dietary fibre intake, GNLD has created Multi-Fibre Blend, a rich mixture of 16 different sources of food fibre derived from fruits, vegetables, whole grains and nuts.
